How much does flower delivery in Samara cost?
Delivery is free from 08:00 to 01:00 to all districts of Samara: Samarsky, Leninsky, Zheleznodorozhny, Oktyabrsky, Promyshlenny, Sovetsky and Kirovsky. The minimum order is 990 RUB. At night, from 01:00 to 08:00, delivery costs 490 RUB, delivery at an exact time costs 350 RUB, and redelivery to another address costs 350 RUB.
How fast will the bouquet be delivered?
Usually the bouquet reaches the recipient within 2 hours of ordering. You choose the delivery time, the delivery window is 1 hour.
Do you deliver flowers at night?
Yes, we deliver around the clock if the order is placed and confirmed before 21:00. Delivery from 01:00 to 08:00 costs 490 RUB.
Do you deliver to outlying districts and suburbs of Samara?
Yes. Delivery to Volgar, Yuzhny Gorod, Sukhaya Samara, 116 km, Mekhzavod, Novaya Samara, Koshelev, Koshelev Park, Petra Dubrava and Upravlenchesky is free from 09:00 to 21:00. Delivery to Novokuybyshevsk, Krasnaya Glinka, Novosemeykino and Stroykeramika costs 350 RUB, to other areas (for example, Kurumoch and Roshchinsky) - 50 RUB per kilometre.
Where are your shops and when are they open?
We have three shops in Samara: 98 Gagarina Street - daily from 08:00 to 01:00, 7 Zasamarskaya Sloboda Boulevard in Volgar and 1 Nikolaya Bazhenova Street in Novaya Samara - daily from 09:00 to 21:00. You can pick up your order from any of them. Addresses on the map are on the Stores page.
Can I see the bouquet before it is delivered?
Yes, we send you a photo of the finished bouquet before delivery.
How long will the bouquet last? Is there a guarantee?
Flowers arrive from plantations three times a week, so every bouquet has a 2-day freshness guarantee. If it starts to wilt earlier or arrives damaged, call or write to us within 2 days of delivery and send a photo - we will replace the bouquet or refund the money.
Can I order flowers to Samara from abroad?
Yes. Choose a bouquet on the website and pay online by card (MIR, Visa, Mastercard) or cryptocurrency. If your card does not work from abroad, write to us at info@ship-shop.ru and we will arrange payment.
What if I do not know the recipient's address?
When ordering, tick «Узнать адрес и время доставки у получателя» (find out the address and time from the recipient). We will contact the recipient ourselves, find out the address and agree on a convenient time, keeping the surprise.
Can I send flowers anonymously?
Yes, all orders are anonymous: we do not tell the recipient who sent the flowers unless you agree.
How can I pay?
By MIR, Visa or Mastercard card on the website, by cryptocurrency (USDT and others) on the website, in cash to the courier or by card at the terminal in our shops. Details are on the Delivery and payment page.
Do you have a loyalty programme?

Do you work with companies?
Yes: bouquets for employees and partners, event decoration and regular flower deliveries to offices. We work under a contract with payment by bank transfer - see Flowers for companies.
