We deliver bouquets around the clock if the order is placed and confirmed before 21:00. The minimum order for delivery is 990 RUB, the delivery window is 1 hour.

You can collect your order from any of our three shops.
Payment

- Cryptocurrency on the website - USDT and others via Trybit, converted from roubles at the rate at the moment of payment. The invoice is valid for 24 hours.
- Cash to the courier on delivery.

If you cannot pay from abroad, write to us at info@ship-shop.ru - we will arrange it. Companies can pay by bank transfer.
Freshness guarantee and returns
Every bouquet has a 2-day freshness guarantee. If it starts to wilt earlier or arrives damaged, call or write to us within 2 days of delivery and send a photo - we will replace the bouquet or refund the money. Returns follow the Russian consumer protection law, the full terms are on the Russian page.
